Did the job.

Breakfast was ok. Not much choice.

Being a better rated hotel than we normally stop in I expected better and larger rooms . Hotels only plus was convenient for transport.

Great stay and discreet hotel.

Good stay, satisfied with the staff very friendly and helpful.

In the middle of the night there is no where to get a drink on the property so I had to make an Uber eats order for normal cordial drinks.

Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price in a great location.

Location was perfect for a theatre trip. Room was clean and well equipped with minisafe and tea making facilities etc. Continental breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful

Card entry to our room was a bit unreliable. Green light would come on, but handle would not always open the door, took a few tries. Hinges on bathroom door needed tightening, as stopped it shutting. Reported the issues to front desk on departure, they noted them and said they would take a look.

A very quiet and as the named implies comfortable hotel and warm. Could not hear any noise from other guests. Well kept and presented with friendly reception staff.

Main lights in bedroom are leds and are too bright when you first get up / go to bed at night. Desk lamp OK but too dull. Breakfast was continental which was fine but no cooked breakfast available. Sometimes no staff down in basement to log you for breakfast or see if things are OK. Pretty much left to your own. Some background music downstairs might be a good idea too. However these things mentioned are only small concerns as hotel was very pleasant.

Very convenient location…close the the train station and busses. Great location to also walk to lots of places. Lots of eating places close by Also a great start to the day having breakfast included..and good choices at breakfast…something for everyone

Very nice people in the reception, location

Our room was VERY small for 3 people, we even did have problems to squeeze three suitcases, only very narrow corridors to beds and bathroom them remained.

The staff is kind and the location is perfect. The cleanliness was acceptable.

The internet connection was awful and limited our ability to communicate. I mentioned to the staff, and I was given other service providers to try, but the same poor connectivity remained. That was really the most frustrating part of the stay. The rest is correct, but not enough value for money considering the family room is located in a basement type, with poor ventilation.

The best part was Leaving

First room had broken lights, blocked toilet, blocked sink and lots of mold in the shower. The second room they moved us to was an improvement but still had mold in the shower, it was very worn and tired. This isn't somewhere I would ever choose to stay again. The staff member on duty was helpful and polite.

Staff friendly, breakfast area modern and clean, food ok.

Bathrooms were grubby and bedroom and bathroom were extremely outdated and sorry looking. We were in the basement and were subject to every 30 second rumbling from underground 24 hours a day. Window was jammed and noise from street loud.

The air conditioner is in a bad position - delivers cold air straight to your head and face. This was very unconvenient.

Liked the location of this hotel, very close to both underground station and a lot of nice restaurants.

The hotel was adverted with parking lot ( it seemd) but it was not, found a place to park the car quite close, but was very expensive! The staff also convinsed us to buy hop-on hop off tickets for using busses around the city. This did not work out for us, took forever to travel around because of the traffic. We ended up using underground in stead, which I recomend, way faster and way cheaper!

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn Victoria

Location was good, and reception style was modern.

Waited ages to check in while the single staff member went up and down stairs with other customers. Room was tiny and faced into an air conditioning unit in a back alley. Safe was locked shut. Bathroom was gross. Decor dated yet was charged 200 quid to stay in a single bed midweek. Crazy!

LIFT WAS NOT FUNCTIONING FOR ALL 5 DAYS, NOR WAS THE COMPUTER IN THE LOBBY. Our AC was not able to be adjusted and the employee that came to help said to turn it on when you are warm and off when you are cold. NO help with regulator.

What was the highlight of Comfort Inn Victoria

the location was perfect for its proximity to Victoria coach station. Also it was a good location for walking around London.

There are several Comfort Inns around Victoria so you have to double check which one you booked. We walked to 2 until we got the right one. Our first room was like a dungeon , small with a window looking out onto walls. Had to back in with the suitcase so it was dark and oppressive. Fortunately the TV did not work so had to wait an hour for the maintenance person, as we had an time crunch to go to the theater , a kind young man at reception moved us to the first floor. This room was a 100% better in every way, so thankful for this move.

Breakfast service was excellent. Front desk extremity helpful in managing activities for us. Cleaning service was efficient.

Our front room on Belgrave was very noisy.
